This cuvée is the result of a partnership with half a dozen winemaker friends of Olivier's, from neighbouring villages, who also practice organic agriculture.
The white is clean & fresh, showing some of the stony minerality of his wines & a window to his more powerful 'Cuvee Lais' wines.
