When the chill persists, the plush deliciousness of Lledoner Pelut will warm you from within - and teach you too about a fascinating lesser-used ancient local varietal, also known as ‘the hairy grape’. The clean and rounded Le Clos Rouge will be perfect if ever the weather allows a barbecue - as will the pale and pretty Eclats de Garrigues Rosé, a flavourful and refreshing joy.
