There is a little flurry of freshness: the mouthwatering, spicy and lifted La Cuvée de François, and the excellent Blanc-Sain, a Chardonnay whose feather-light touch of oak makes way for lemon zest and melon. 

And we have old favourites too. With two showings of Beausoleil we beseech the beautiful sun to come our for just a little while: the rosé which you love so dearly is joined by the fantastic blanc - saline and complex with a hint of richness. When we are deep in the winter and craving the light and the bright, we have it in Saint Mitre’s Mozaik, lemon-fresh and crisply floral, the perfect aperitif ; and to round things off, the luminous, ruby charms of Les Grenadines will pair excellently with the generosities of a Sunday lunch at home.
