Bin End Case

We take a wide sweep across France with a lift from the Gresser Crémant, an invigorating delight from the still-chilly Alsace. Rosé time is here and with it that perennial favourite Le Corail, just inland from Cassis and the Mediterranean, and then there's a white Beaujolais, with a breath of white flowers and fields; a fresh Muscadet with minerality and hints of citrus; and of course there is Chat Fou, a favourite red from Eric Texier the master of terroir and nature. And finally, to remind you of the warm sun, there is a Roussillon to finish. Salut to the season!
