Announcing Victoria Sharples as Head of Wine Operations
We are excited to announce that Victoria Sharples is joining St. JOHN, in an exciting move for the St. JOHN Group. In the UK she will oversee activities including on-trade and online direct sales, buying and development, and training for the St. JOHN restaurant teams; and in France the organisation and development of the Boulevard Napoleon and St. JOHN Wines brand operations. She joins as St. JOHN strengthens its management team for the exciting possibilities ahead.
Boulevard Napoleon wines will shortly be on sale in Australia, Lebanon and California, in addition to their current appearance on some of the top lists in New York and Toronto. CEO of St. JOHN Trevor Gulliver will continue in his role developing the overseas markets. Victoria has long experience in the wine trade both in the UK and Australia and is looking forward to bringing her expertise to the growing business, when she takes up her position at the end of August 2017.
Trevor Gulliver says “we have been quietly building our management team across our operations and this was a difficult role to fill. It needs good sense, experience and dynamism, as well as a sensitivity to the philosophies and attitudes that we hold dear.”
