St. JOHN Déclassifié Pauillac 2018 Case
We're very proud of our Déclassifié project this year... we met with our Bordeaux partners earlier in 2022 and in a moment of serendipity had the opportunity to secure some top-class Pauillac wine from reservesof one of the 1st growth estates. This represents a foray into an own label fine wine, which can be drunk now, or laid down for a few years. The wine is exceptional value for money, has fantastic provenance, and drinks like a bottle almost twice it's price. It is a limited edition 2018 vintage only!
The labels were mastefully created by our Kitty, with a splash of dark red and a playful nod to a famous Bordelaise label....
