Less of the classic fresh and linear style Aligote, and a rounder more textural wine. This has precision and depth. Made from 30 year-old vines grown on clay and limestone soils. Aged in stainless steel tank for 10 months prior to bottling.gives a pronounced texture from the time on gross lees in tank. Nutty nuances and elegant citrus notes.
