Sabine and Olivier Durand took over this domaine in 1990. It has been run as an organic estate ever since its creation four generations ago. The vineyards look out over the twin peaks of Pic St. Loup and L’Hortus and are covered in small limestone rocks. There are several dogs, a pig called Marcel (which is eaten each year and then the next one is named after his predecessor), a donkey and varying other menagerie. Olivier is also a hunter so by virtue, their wines pair well with pork and game.
